Booking

Let's Get Started: Ready to book your dream holiday getaway with InMarbella? Once you've chosen your perfect property, we'll send you a reservation agreement with all the details you need to secure your stay. Your chosen property will be reserved just for you for 3 working days while you transfer the reservation deposit. Once we receive it, your booking will be confirmed, and you'll be all set for your vacation. Remember, it's first come, first served, so don't wait too long to book!

We Want to Know You: To make sure everything runs smoothly, please provide us with the full names, passport numbers, dates of birth, passport details and other data for all guests. This helps us ensure a seamless check-in process and guarantees that everyone has a fantastic time during their stay.

Arrival and Departure

Keys to Happiness: Getting your keys is easy with InMarbella. Depending on the property, we'll either hand them over at the property itself or arrange for pickup at our office. Check your reservation agreement for all the details.

*Your Time to Shine:* Your rental period starts from the moment you arrive until it's time to say goodbye. Check-in and check-out times are clearly outlined in your rental agreement, so you'll know exactly when to arrive and when to depart. And if you need a little extra time, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Leave it Better Than You Found It: Before you head home, please make sure to leave the property in tip-top shape for the next guests. Lock up, switch off the lights, and dispose of any trash properly. It's all about leaving a positive impression for the next lucky visitors.

Holiday Home

Your Home Away From Home: Your holiday home is your sanctuary, and we want you to feel right at home from the moment you arrive. While we do our best to provide accurate size information, please keep in mind that sizes are based on external dimensions provided by the homeowner.

Room for Everyone: We want you to have a fantastic time with your loved ones, so please adhere to the maximum occupancy limits outlined in your confirmation. It's all about ensuring everyone has enough space to relax and unwind.

Furry Friends Welcome: Thinking of bringing your four-legged friend along? Just let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We love pets, but we do ask that you get permission first to ensure a pet-friendly experience for everyone.

Poolside Bliss: If your holiday home comes with a pool, dive right in and enjoy the cool refreshment. Just remember to keep an eye on the little ones and follow any community pool guidelines. It's all about safety and relaxation.

Smile, You're on Vacation: While smoking isn't allowed inside the property, feel free to enjoy a cigarette outside. Just be mindful of fire hazards and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Let's keep our holiday homes clean and safe for everyone to enjoy.

Payment

Securing Your Stay: Ready to make it official? To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total rental fee. The remaining 50%, along with the security deposit and cleaning fee, is due no later than 4 weeks before your arrival. It's all about making sure everything's taken care of well in advance, so you can focus on planning your perfect vacation.

Payment Made Easy: We offer convenient payment options via bank transfer or credit card, with a small administration fee per booking. It's quick, easy, and hassle-free, so you can spend less time worrying about payments and more time looking forward to your holiday.

Cancellations

Flexibility When You Need It: We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, but we also need to ensure the stability of our operations. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund of the booking price, minus a small administration fee.

  • Cancellations made 30 - 59 days before the arrival date will receive a 75% refund of the booking price, minus a small administration fee.

  • Cancellations made 15 - 29 days before the arrival date will receive a 25% refund of the booking price.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date will not be eligible for any refund.
